If the manufacture produce a valve with better tolerances, it will cost more for sure. If they had to build to mil spec, you know it is going to cost you.

Then push lever forward and listen to hear if engine goes and runs smother. If it does then it is dead heading the hydraulic system and will make the loader slow.
